1967 Chevrolet C10 Pickup with Air Ride

Exterior
Started out using original body panels, replaced the rocker panels, and applied patches to a couple of small floor thin spots. Under the cab & bed is spray on bed liner tinted Silver. After spraying Black bed liner inside the cab, floor, behind the cab and inside the doors, lined the interior with sound deadening material. Welded the rear roll pan, tubs and tunnel inside the bed, shaved the door handles, locks, gas filler hole, stake pockets in bed rails, & all emblems, and rear view mirror holes. Tailgate was smoothed. Entire body was finish coated in 2k high build primer. All PPG products where used: color is Deltron Ice Silver metallic, with PPG's Concept 2002 clear coat. Cut and polished for a great end result. Replaced all door glass weather strip, seals, window sweep felts, and door weather stripping. Driver and passenger doors were fitted with remote poppers, windshield, front bumper, grill and headlight bezels. Added HID headlights.

Interior
The interior features very nice silver and black vinyl covering the comfortable bench seat, dash pad, sun visors, door panels, and headliner. The black carpet covers the floor and all the way up the back of the cab. New seat belts and arm rests. The refinished dash houses custom white face gauges: dual Air Bag, oil, and temperature all mounted in new bezels. Air Horns were added and operate with a custom mounted switch in the dash bezel.

A new Grant GT steering wheel has the center painted to match the truck. An Alpine CD player with i-Pod connection is mounted in the ash tray compartment. Two Kenwood 4 1/4" with tweeters are in the dash, Kicker 6"X9" speakers are in the doors, a Rockford Fosgate Punch BD1000 watt amplifier is mounted under the seat, with two 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch sub-woofers in a custom box behind the seat. All components were connected with high-end terminals and low-loss cable. Battery terminals are gold plated with No. 2 gauge used throughout on the positive side of the Amp and other components. There is no limit of bass response and awesome sound with this system.

Engine and Driveline
A completely rebuilt 350 with 4 bolt mains with 45K miles runs great. The GM TH350 automatic transmission is also rebuilt. A new 4-core radiator was added along with a cool Street Scoop air cleaner painted to match the Silver exterior. The engine compartment was re-wired and now accommodates a 1-wire alternator. The heater core was replaced along with a 16 gallon fuel cell, new sending unit and fuel gauge. Hedman Elite Headers with rim flex gaskets, 2-1/4" pipes, Purple Horny glass pack mufflers, and stainless steel tips. A custom one-piece driveline was installed. The rear differential is a factory stock unit with no issues. The frame was painted flat black. The front end is equipped with air bags, 2-1/2" drop spindles, 2" drop lower control arms with CPP 1-1/4" front sway Bar, power steering, and power front disc brakes. The frame is C-notched, CPP 1-1/4" Rear Sway Bar, Shock Relocation Kit, and CPP 1-1/4" Track Bar. The 2600 lbs air bags are controlled by 3 Cole Hersee switches mounted on a switch plate under the dash.

Wheels and Tires
Versante Alloys 219 Chrome 10 Spoke 20" wheels ride on Hankook 275/40/20 Radial tires.
